Qwick Passports is a private, third-party passport concierge and courier service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State or any other government agency.
Qwick Passports provides administrative, mobile, document-preparation, pickup, submission-coordination, and courier-support services. We handle the legwork; the U.S. Department of State is solely responsible for reviewing passport applications, making approval decisions, issuing passports, and determining government processing times.
EXPEDITED CONCIERGE SERVICES
Qwick Passports may assist customers who choose or qualify for expedited or urgent passport services. References to “expedited,” “urgent,” or similar services describe the applicable passport-processing option and/or the expedited concierge and courier services provided by Qwick Passports.
Qwick Passports does not control or guarantee government processing times, appointment availability, passport issuance, approval, or delivery dates. Processing times may vary based on government processing, appointment availability, document requirements, mailing or courier services, holidays, volume, weather, technical issues, or other circumstances outside of Qwick Passports’ control.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and all documents required for their passport application. Qwick Passports is not responsible for delays, rejection, denial, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or omitted information or documentation provided by the customer.
Customers are also responsible for reviewing their application and supporting documentation for accuracy before submission.
DELAYS & CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Qwick Passports is not responsible for delays, disruptions, cancellations, or losses caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including government processing delays, appointment availability, government policy or requirement changes, postal or courier delays, lost or stolen documents, weather, natural disasters, technical failures, flight cancellations or delays, missed or changed travel plans, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
NO GUARANTEE OF GOVERNMENT OUTCOME
Qwick Passports does not guarantee that a passport application will be approved, that a passport will be issued, or that a passport will be received by a particular date or within a particular processing period.
No representation or warranty is made regarding government processing times, approval outcomes, appointment availability, or passport issuance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qwick Passports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our services, including losses arising from delayed travel, missed flights, canceled trips, changes to travel plans, or government processing delays.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qwick Passports’ total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Qwick Passports for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to Qwick Passports’ services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
By purchasing or using Qwick Passports’ services, you acknowledge that Qwick Passports is a private third-party service provider and that passport issuance, approval decisions, and government processing are solely within the authority and control of the applicable government agency.
